Each vegan capsule contains 850mg of Life'sOMEGA3™ marine microalgae oil delivering 255mg DHA and 127mg EPA
GreenOMEGA 3 has by-passed the fish and gone straight to the source to get these essential Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA from the very same organic marine microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.) the fish get them from.
The benefits of a diet rich in Omega 3 (DHA and EPA) are well known to include heart, brain and eye health.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Adults: 1 capsule daily
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: 1-2 capsules daily
CAUTION:
- Children: DO NOT GIVE CAPSULES to children - open the vegetable capsule and mix contents with any food including breakfast cereal, shakes and smoothies.
