Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our store, we have a firm policy on returns to protect the integrity of our products and therefore products cannot be returned/exchanged due to change of mind.
Returns:
Fresh/Refrigerated products
Fresh items consisting of, but not limited to; fruits, vegetables, refrigerated as well as frozen items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. In the case of faulty or an expired item, an image must be sent to Wholefood Merchants within two days of receiving products to approve/issue a credit note.
Pantry/Food products
Pantry and food items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. In the case of faulty or expired items, an image must be sent to Wholefood Merchants within two days of receiving products to approve/issue a credit note.
Cosmetics
Cosmetics/make up or hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once received due to change of mind. In the case of faulty items or product received is different to product ordered, an image must be sent to Wholefood Merchants within two days of receiving products to approve/issue a credit note. Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen.
