Tempeh is made from cooked and slightly fermented Certified Demeter Biodynamic soybeans and formed into a patty, similar to a very firm veggie burger. A nutritious vegan food, cholesterol free, low in fat and calories, high in protein and fibre. Delicious ready to eat tempeh. Dice and and add to curries, casseroles and salads.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri. Orders after 11AM FRI will be delivered on Monday.
