DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- OPTION 1: THE GUT SHAKE - Mix 2 heaped tablespoons (20g) into your favourite milk or water. Shake or blend until smooth for a creamy, gut-loving drink.
- OPTION 2: THE PROTEIN CUSTARD - Mix 3-4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 40g) with a small splash (100ml) of milk or water. Stir vigorously in a bowl until it turns into a thick, indulgent custard.
