Cultivated since approximately 5000 BC, spelt is an ancient, unhybridised grain. It is believe to be one of the first grains used to make bread. Our Spelt loaf, with just one ingredient and an impressive nutritional profile, is easily digestible due to being very water soluble. It boasts a smooth texture with a delightfully sweet and nutty flavour.

Made in Yamba, NSW from 100% Australian biodynamic and organic ingredients.

Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri. Orders after 11AM Mon-Thurs/before 2PM Friday will be delivered the following day. If you would like to request a specific delivery date up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays) please specify in the order notes at the cart.
