DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Scoop 2 cups into a steamy bath or 1 cup for a foot soak. Light a candle, relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and take a few deep breaths in 3, 2, 1. Do it for a good 20 minutes. Do it often.
