DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shilajit resin is quite potent, and you only need a tiny amount. Initially, use a tab about the size of a grain of rice, placing it on the spoon provided. Dissolve this in a small glass of warm water or milk. For best results, take it on an empty stomach in the morning.
