DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

• Shake well before use. Squeeze gently. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately.
• Adults: Take 3 drops (116 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
• For the maintenance of levels in individuals 65 years and over: Take 5 drops (193 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Do not exceed 5 drops in a day.
