DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Mental alertness: Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser. Dab 1-2 drops onto pulse points. Repeat as required. Avoid using after 3pm if you are a sensitive sleeper.
- Digestion support - fatty food: Add 10 drops to a diffuser before and during meals especially if heavy.
- Muscle tonic and recovery: Add 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Hydration. Add 10 drops to an afternoon bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
CAUTION:
- Rosemary is considered too stimulating for those with epilepsy or high blood pressure. Otherwise, safe to use as directed. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
