Lotus Potato Starch is made from the dried starch of potatoes. Potato starch is a slippery, pure white and very fine flour useful in baking or as a thickener.
Sourced internationally and packed in Australia. Packaged in a re-sealable oxygen barrier bag to preserve freshness.
Lotus Potato Starch is certified organic, gluten free, non GMO and suitable for vegetarians. Potato starch tolerates higher temperatures than cornstarch, making it an excellent thickener for sauces, soups and stews. It adds moistness and a light fluffy texture to any baked goods and is an essential ingredient in gluten free baking.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri. Orders after 11AM Mon-Thurs/before 2PM Friday will be delivered the following day. If you would like to request a specific delivery date up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays) please specify in the order notes at the cart.
