DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Our Protein Water is a highly concentrated protein source with over 80% protein and therefore it is like a cordial juice in the fact that it requires the correct amount of liquid to give the desired taste. We recommend 750ml-1500ml liquid to balance out the sweetness. Please note that if you use less than 750ml liquid you may find it too sweet.
