Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to reduce inflammation throughout the body. Herbs including turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon, have traditionally been used synergistically to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation and offer powerful antioxidant properties. This blend has a warming and naturally stimulating quality, with sweet hints of honey bush and cinnamon.
This blend is caffeine free.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add filtered water at 75°C - 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 - 5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
