DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• In a cup: Add one teaspoon of matcha to a cup. Mix to paste with a small amount of fresh hot water. Add 180ml of fresh hot water (70-80C) and stir. Adjust to taste.
• Whisk in a bowl (traditional):
• Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into a tea bowl. Add 80ml of fresh hot water (70-80C).
• Whisk briskly in a zig zag motion until frothy. Adjust to taste.
• Matcha can be added to ice cream, smoothies, and baking.
