BREW TIP: Black tea needs to be brewed for at least 3 minutes, ideally 6 minutes - that is how long tasters globally brew black tea for as it's the sweet spot to unlock the potential of the blend without it starting to "stew". That said, it's personal. Brew up to 10 minutes to your desired strength.
