DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

• One serve = 3g (1 LEVEL teaspoon)
• Adults: 1 - 3 serves daily blended in favourite juice or added to smoothie.
• Children: Half to one teaspoon with food, added to a juice shake or vegetable smoothie.
• Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
