Morning tea can be a tricky time of day. Make it simple with Well & Good's Gluten Free Muffin Mix. Create a huge range of baked goods including orange poppy seed cake, tea cake, waffles, and, of course, muffins.
This mix is not just free from gluten, it's also free from nuts and soy and is manufactured in a facility that is strictly free from these allergens.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 1 Cup (250ml) Water
- 1/2 Cup (125ml) Oil
- 1 Cup Of Your Favourite Fruit (Optional)
- Muffin Patty Pans (Optional)
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 195°C (180°C Fan-Forced). Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or line with muffin patty pans.
- In a large bowl, stir muffin mix, eggs, water and oil with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well combined. Fold in your favourite filling and pour batter into prepared tin.
- Bake for 24-28 minutes. Once baked, gently remove from baking tin onto a wire rack to cool down completely.
VEGAN OPTION: Simply replace 2 eggs with 1tsp of GF baking powder and 1 mashed banana, alternatively this product works just as well with egg replacer. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri. Orders after 11AM Mon-Thurs/before 2PM Friday will be delivered the following day. If you would like to request a specific delivery date up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays) please specify in the order notes at the cart.
