The wok favorites from ALB-GOLD are produced on a production line for mie noodles that is unique in Europe. 70% best durum wheat semolina and 30% wheat flour form the basis with a little salt.
Natural pasta. Without additives. Not fried.
Their advantages are the quick preparation and their versatility. A pure pleasure with vegetable pans and also as an ingredient in classic Asian soups.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri. Orders after 11AM Mon-Thurs/before 2PM Friday will be delivered the following day. If you would like to request a specific delivery date up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays) please specify in the order notes at the cart.
