Mega Iron with Activated B Vitamins contains enhanced absorption Meta Fe®, easily absorbed iron, with vitamin C, B6, B12 and folate for a multi-action effect to:

- Mega Iron contains iron diglycinate (Meta Fe®) which is gentle on the stomach, and the active form of folate (5-MTHF).
