DIRECTIONS FOR USE: The exact amount of magnesium you need is dependent on a number of factors like your age, gender and lifestyle. To maintain optimal levels, the average person will need to apply 8-10 rolls of our Daily Magnesium Spray a day. We recommend you apply 4-5 rolls to your upper body in the morning to help energise, and the same to your lower body in the evening for relaxation. Additionally, apply it as needed throughout the day when symptoms arise. Don't forget to rub it in well for the best results. How long is a roll? About 10cm.
