DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

Spread over the skin where needed. Let soak in for about ten minutes and then wipe area clean if you want to with a moist cloth. Karma Rub will not stain clothing. Normally four drops per use as four drops will cover both hands, a foot or the lower half of your back. Do not rub in continuously as Karma Rub will act like a very fine sand paper. If you wish to massage with Karma Rub use a massage oil as a carrier. 10% karma Rub to 90% carrier oil. Smear Karma Rub onto the skin first and then apply oil to the body.
