DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Have 1 capsule (500mg) of Eden Healthfoods IDF#1, whole or sprinkled on your food, and increase by 1 capsule everyday until desired effective is attained. A desired effect should be 2-4 movements of toothpaste-like consistency, not too runny, not too hard.

You may open capsules if you wish to reduce the serving size or give to children. Serving size for children is by weight. If the child is half the average adult weight (70kg), give half the serving size.
