DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Squeeze approx one teaspoon of product onto your hand and then warm the product between your fingers.
• Apply to your skin and massage it until it disappears.
• Apply liberally and evenly at least 20 minutes prior to sun exposure.
• Apply according to the Cancer Council's recommendations for face, neck and ears. They recommend at least a teaspoon.
• Make sure you reapply every 2 hours and don't forget to reapply more often after swimming, exercise and towel drying.
