High quality hydration needs high quality sodium, magnesium and potassium in the correct ratios to absorb into and hydrate the cell. Whilst carbohydrates play a roll in hydration, they are not essential. Sodii was designed to fit seamlessly into your daily ritual, keeping you hydrated, no matter the activity.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Start with one serve in the morning for the first few days to see how your body responds. From there, adjust to your needs. Many people enjoy a second serve in the afternoon, especially before or after exercise, on hot days, or when energy starts to dip.

You can drink it all at once or sip it slowly. Mix each serve with about 500ml of water, then adjust to taste. Use less water for a stronger flavour or more for a lighter one.

We suggest a maximum of three serves a day unless your health professional advises otherwise.
