Winter baking is easy with our newest multi-purpose crumble cake mix; apple is a favourite amongst our clan, but pear, rhubarb, or berries will all make this cake a masterpiece. Melt in your mouth crispy cinnamon crumble tops it off delightfully.
It's vegan-friendly and free from gluten, nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and egg.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 Medium eggs
- 385g (12.6OZ) Tin of Cooked Pie Apple
- 1/3 cup(75ml) Light Oil
- 1/4 cup (65ml) Water
- 40g (1.4OZ) Dairy Free Butter or Margarine
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to160°C. Grease and line a 20cm cake tin.
- In mixing bowl combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil. Mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Using a spoon, fold through the cooked apple.
- Spoon batter into the lined tray.
- In a medium bowl mix Crumble Mix with melted butter until combined. Crumble the mixture with your hands over the cake batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes. Once baked, gently remove from baking tray onto a wire rack to cool down completely.
VEGAN OPTION: Simply replace eggs with Well And Good High Performance Egg Replacer or alternatively replace each egg with 2Tbs of chia seeds in 6Tbs of water. Leave chia to rehydrate for 10 minutes.
