Cookie lovers will devour the Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix from Well and Good. It makes delicious chunky cookies that are crispy on the outside with an amazingly chewy center; perfect for a sweet snack any time of day.
Bake a batch of 12 regular-sized cookies in the oven or cook the dough in a pan and make one giant cookie.
Each box has one bag of cookie mix that includes choc chips.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 400g Choc Chip Cookie Mix
- 25ml cold water
- 100g butter (room temperature)
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 160°C fan-forced (320°F). Grease and line a baking tray.
- Combine all ingredients with clean hands to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into about 12-15 even sized balls; press lightly. Allow enough space between balls for spread.
- Place on prepared baking tray and bake for 17-18 minutes. When your cookies are baked, let them cool on a wire rack.
VEGAN OPTION: Simply mix the choc chip cookie mix with 125g (4.4oz) of fairy-free margarine.
