It is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, refined sugar free, 100% natural and only requires you to add banana and your favourite plant milk, before baking until golden brown. We've taken our traditional Banana Bread up a notch and stuffed the mix full of Vegan chocolate chips YUM!!!

METHOD:

• Preheat fan-forced oven to 200°C and empty baking mix into a large mixing bowl.
• Slowly add 210-230ml of your choice of plant milk and mix well with a silicone spatula. Mash 80g ripe banana in a small separate bowl, then add to the mixture and mix well.
• Transfer mixture into a lined bread tin or non-stick loaf tray. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until fully cooked through and golden brown on top.
• Allow to cool on a cooling rack, then remove from the baking dish, slice into 10 equal pieces and enjoy.
• Keep in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 3-5 days or can be frozen and enjoyed later.
