Sliceable, and a new crowd favourite, this semi-firm cheese is complex in flavour and dense and creamy in texture. Rolled in chives, chilli, and garlic. A popular choice on cheese boards or delicious sliced in fresh sandwiches. Note: There is no chilli in the cheese itself, only in the coating.

Vacuum packaged to preserve freshness. Minimum shelf life 1-2 months while sealed; 7-10 days after opening. This product can also be frozen!
