The Brow Define Medium (Dynasty) will allow you to shape, fill and define your brows with ease. This slimline, retractable pencil will glide over the hairs, depositing the perfect amount of product for natural looking brows and a long-lasting finish.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Starting at the base of the brow and moving outwards, use light strokes to mimic your natural hair growth and gently fill in the brows using the Brow Define.
