DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Mix 2 heaped teaspoons (8 g) into juices, smoothies, sprinkle on cereal, porridge, swirl into yoghurt or ice cream.
- Add to baking, smoothies, pancakes or just eat straight off the spoon!
