DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Add 5 grams (1 scoop) into 250ml of your favourite milk (preferable warm). Alternatively, sprinkle onto cereal, blend into yoghurt or smoothie or add to a protein shake.
- Take serving/s upon rising in the morning or before 12pm for sustained energy throughout the day. Taking 1 full serve 6 hours before bed may affect sleep.

LOCAL DELIVERY: Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri. Orders after 11AM Mon-Thurs/before 2PM Friday will be delivered the following day. If you would like to request a specific delivery date up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays) please specify in the order notes at the cart.
