DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

• Shake well before use. Use the measuring device provided. 
• 1 - 3 years: take 1.5mL daily
• 4 - 8 years: take 3mL daily
• 9 - 13 years: take 6mL daily
• Dosage to be taken with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For use in children under 1 year, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. 

CAUTION: 

• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
