NO LOCAL/SAME DAY DELIVERY: *24/12/2023 - 05/1/2024*
Local orders placed in this period will be sent as courier. 2 - 7 Business Days. Fresh/Fridge will not be available.

Our shipping times are between 2-7 Business Days, but please consider delays due to holiday period.

Delivery

Local/Same day delivery is available within a 15km radius of our store. Fresh/Fridge items are only available for delivery within this radius.

Order before 11AM for same day delivery Mon-Fri.

Order before 5pm Friday for Saturday delivery.

Orders after 5pm Friday will be delivered Monday.

We offer Click & Collect for fresh/fridge products and the rest of our store. Orders outside of our 15km radius (rest of Australia) will take 2 - 7 business days to be delivered. Dependent on holiday periods.

Metro Shipping Costs: $10 flat rate for local/Australia wide.

Selected Rural Shipping Areas:
$40 freight fee for small selection of postcodes in rural areas

Free delivery for orders above $150 in Metro Areas across Australia.

LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY: If you would like to request a specific delivery date up to 6 days in advance (excluding Sundays) please specify in the order notes at the cart.

We deliver Monday to Saturday. Saturday deliveries will only be for orders placed before 5PM on Friday.

Of course! Just don’t forget to tick the “Leave without signature in a safe place” at checkout.


If you have not ticked this option, your delivery will be sent back to us where you can either pick it up from our store in Ferntreegully or have it sent back out to you for an additional delivery fee.

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen. If one of your products are missing, damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours on info@wholefoodmerchants.com

We do not deliver on public holidays for local deliveries. If your order is due to arrive on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day following the public holiday.

Click & Collect

You will receive a text message once your Click & Collect order is ready for collection.

Place order before 11AM for same day pick up Monday - Friday. Place order before 2:30PM Friday for Saturday Pick Up. Orders placed after 2:30PM Friday will be ready for pick up Monday after 11AM.

PICK UP TIMES: 9AM - 6PM Monday - Friday, Saturday 9AM - 5PM.

Show received text message to front register staff where a member of staff will bring you your order.

PRODUCTS

We love hearing about recommendations, or even a product
you’ve seen in-store that is yet to make it on our website! Please email us on info@wholefoodmerchants.com with the product information. If it is a product we do not stock in-store, we will forward this recommendation to our sales team. If it is a product we currently stock in-store, we will endeavour to upload this product to our website as soon as possible.

We have over 35,000 products in-store (we know, crazy!) We
have been working hard to curate a collection of products that represent our best sellers, as well as products we know our customers have grown to love. If you have a favourite product in-store, and want to see it on our website, we want

Refunds & Returns

Fresh items consisting of, but not limited to; fruits, vegetables, refrigerated as well as frozen items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. In the case of faulty or an expired item, an image must be sent to Wholefood Merchants within 24 hours of receiving products to approve/issue a credit note.

Pantry/Food products
Pantry and food items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. In the case of faulty or expired items, an image must be sent to Wholefood Merchants within 24 hours of receiving products to approve/issue a credit note.

Cosmetics
Cosmetics/make up or hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once received due to change of mind. In the case of faulty items or product received is different to product ordered, an image must be sent to Wholefood Merchants within 24 hours of receiving products to approve/issue a credit note.

General

At Wholefood Merchants, ensuring our practices are as sustainable as possible is a priority to us. With our packaging, we have ensured that every step is using recycled/Biodegradable or eco-friendly packaging. Firstly, we will be reusing boxes our suppliers deliver to us for our orders. When that’s not possible, we have sourced recycled boxes to use for our deliveries. Our thank you cards, Gift Boxes, protective packaging and even tape used to seal our boxes are 100% recyclable or ALSO made out of recycled material.

In-store & in our Warehouses, we run as much of our power as possible through our solar panels which completely cover the roof of our warehouses. We have been working with multiple local charities for years now to ensure any close to expiry or out of date products that are unable to be sold are given to those in need or repurposed. We even have a family of geese and chickens at Nature & Us that rely on our fruit & veg scraps!

We know as an organisation that although these steps may seem small, they contribute to a larger goal that is bigger than Wholefood Merchants; the goal of a greener and more sustainable Earth.

As we move forward, we recognise that we as a business can always be greener, and endeavour to continue to improve our practices and work towards becoming more sustainable.

With a selection of over 35,000 products in-store, we are Australia’s Largest Health food store. With over 20 years of experience in the health food industry, we have developed strong relationships with our suppliers, and combined with our size, are able to have our products at competitive prices. No subscription is required for you to access these prices.

From departments including Fresh Produce, Pantry, Beauty, Supplements, Homewares, Babies & Children, Pet & Fitness to name a few, we endeavour to create a space where our customers can fulfil all their needs with a one-stop-shop.

At Wholefood Merchants, you can confidently shop with us knowing that our team has curated a large selection of products that are Australian/locally sourced, ethical and organic where possible. We do this to ensure that not only does every customer have access to the best, but that we continue to contribute to the cycle of giving back to our community by supporting small and local businesses also. And when you choose to shop with us, you do too!
