Additional magnesium would be required by persons with conditions that cause urinary loss of magnesium, for example, poorly managed diabetes, alcohol abuse and excessive caffeine consumption. In addition, active people are at risk of developing a magnesium deficiency through excessive loss of fluid by perspiration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1-2 capfuls (5-10ml) twice a day mixed with fruit / vegetable juice and taken with a meal. Can be used on food to replace sodium chloride (salt) as a flavour enhancer. 10ml delivers 290mg of elemental Magnesium. Refrigerate after opening.
