B Vitamins help our metabolism, which will also enable the body to utilise the energy we get from food, and assist with tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst supporting immunity.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Simply add 1 tablespoon (8 g) to 200 mL of boiling water. Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces, and gravies for nutrition and taste.
